Church gets a deep clean prior to illumination

Facility manger Scott Sippel recently worked with parish council and the Diocese of Joliet to receive approval for an improvement project related to the current outdoor lighting installation. April Building Services was hired to power wash the limestone and brick masonry of the church over the last couple of weeks. Done in conjunction with the illumination project funded by the 2022 Light the Way event, the power washing will remove dirt and grime that has accumulated for the last 15 years on the exterior of the church. Once lit, the church’s exterior will shine!
