  Fall Confirmation Date for RE Conf. 2/8th grade school students : TUESDAY, NOV. 18, 2025 AT 7:00 PM WITH BISHOP DENNIS SPIES.
  
  Completed forms can be e-mailed to [email protected], dropped off in the RE dropbox (located to the right in the Ministry Center vestibule below the monitor) or mailed to:

  Confirmation Retreat (Mandatory) will be on Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 9:45 AM - 1:00 PM.

- Confirmation Record Form Please fill out the form in its entirety so the sacrament can be properly recorded in church ledgers.
- Info About Your Confirmation Sponsor Requirements for being a sponsor
- Sponsor Eligibility Form The sponsor should fill out this form and have it signed by his/her home parish.
- Sponsor Interview Form To be completed by the candidate and sponsor together
- Letter to the Pastor To be completed by the candidate
- Confirmation Saint Name Report To be completed by the candidate once they have selected their Confirmation name
- Confirmation Retreat Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 9:45 AM - 1:00 PM. The retreat is mandatory. Please mark the date on your calendar!
- Food Drive Collection Confirmation Project Required service project for all students preparing for Confirmation
